&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;a verdad es solo lo que el individuo percibe como tal. La verdad es una opinión, una actitud, una creencia que se ha convertido en absoluta, en pensamiento creativo. Sín embargo, la opinión de cada cual está sobre cualquier cosa diferirá porque cada un ha formulado esa opinión basándose en sus experiencias únicas y en el entendimiento o confusión que haya obtenido de su alma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;De esta manera, unos creeran que eso es verdad, mientras quizás otros no. Inseguretat davant de quelcom que no es veu i que, en canvi es més real per la seva permanència i el seu sentit d'eternitat, que la mateixa vida física i material que ens ha tocat viure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="background-color: white; color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;Què fer per que aquest difícil camí es recorri més ràpidament? perquè a pesar de les dificultats de la vida sempre hi ha quelcom en el nostra interior que ens manté lligats a la sensació d'elevació?&amp;nbsp; com elevar els nostres pensaments i les nostres accions, sense perdre per això el contacte amb el món que ens ha tocat viure?&amp;nbsp; aquests son algunes de les preguntes que ens fem i que no sempre podem respondre.&amp;nbsp;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="background-color: white; color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;Totes elles tenen una resposta en comú que es materialitza en el desig provocat per la ASPIRACIÓ, quelcom que està en l'interior del nostra Ser, inclòs de manera inconscient i que, junt amb un Ego ben canalitzat serà fonamental perquè es realitzi en nosaltres el pla diví.&amp;nbsp;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="background-color: white; color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;Tota persona que inicia el camí de la evolució conscient per mitjà d'una forma de vida concreta, ha de considerà que el ser humà està format per tres plans fonamentals: el físic, mental i espiritual. Això suposa que no s'hauria de treballar un sense l'altre. El ioga ens proposa un treball molt complert. Per treballar el pla físic, se'ns dona una sèrie de tècniques de purificació o Shat-Karmas, una saludable alimentació, a demés de uns principis ètics o morals com son els Yamas i Niyamas, un conjunt de tècniques psico-físiques aplicades o asanas (postures), treballant el cos d'una forma intel·ligent i sota la supervisió del pla mental, a la llum del discerniment, de forma que es pràcticament impossible fer-se mal. Per altre banda, la ment amb calma es el primer pas per la consciència de la vida espiritual, a la que no es pot accedir si la ment pul·lula constantment d'un assumpte a un altre sense capacitat de frenar-se ni tant sols uns segons, lo que també agostarà al cos. per mitjà del domini del moviment corporal i de la respiració, la ment s'obrirà a una nova dimensió en la que s’obtindrà l'expansió de la consciència, es a dir: " el constant flux de la consciència en tots els actes i pensaments de la nostra vida"&amp;nbsp;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="background-color: white; color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;El ioga ens proposa la tècnica més perfecta que s'hagi conegut, la estabilitat, el perfecte equilibri en moviment, la meditació en acció, sols cal abandonar-se i deixar que ALLÒ, s'expressi en la nostra respiració i amb tots els nostres moviments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;La meditació en si mateixa no es una tècnica. A la majoria de nosaltres se’ns ha ensenyat que per a tenir èxit en la vida necessitem lluitar, combatre, enfocar-nos, concentrar-nos. El problema d’aquests plantejament es que quan més lluitem, més tensos ens posem, i quan més tensos estem, pitjor actuem. El punt de vista de la meditació es comprendre que per treure el millor de nosaltres mateixos, per donar el millor en cada moment, i rebre el millor de cada moment, necessitem ser el més conscients possibles, i que per ser conscients tenim que estar relaxats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="color: #444444; font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;Generalment, pensem que per estar relaxats tenim que sortir. La meditació ens ofereix un altre possibilitat per fer-ho; anar cap a dins. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="color: #444444; font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;El truco per estar relaxat en mig d’un dia agitat es el que es denomina “ estar alerta sense esforç”; aquesta es l’experiència essencial de la meditació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="color: #444444; font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;La meditació es basa en una simple comprensió:&amp;nbsp; en lloc de lluitar contra la foscor – que de qualsevol manera es impossible – encén la llum. En lloc de lluitar contra nosaltres mateixos intentant millorar, intentant emular els ideals que els demés tenen de nosaltres, podem simplement començar a acceptar-nos tal com som. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="color: #444444; font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Osho ens recorda sovint que si l’existència ens ha invitat a estar aquí, a qui més necessitem demanar-li permís per acceptar-nos tal com som? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;Quan ens relaxem en aquesta acceptació, quan deixem d’intentar ser diferents del què som, quan parem els esforços per impressionar els demés – que a la vegada s’està esforçant amb la mateixa intensitat &amp;nbsp;per impressionar-se a nosaltres mateixos -, quan deixem d’intentar defendre’s a nosaltres mateixos, de justificant-se... Quan deixem d’intentar amagar les nostres ferides, inclòs de nosaltres mateixos, i en el seu lloc obrim a l’aire i a la llum, llavors la sanació succeeix espontàniament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #0c343d;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="color: #274e13;"&gt;“ La meditació es una aventura; una aventura cap a lo desconegut, la major aventura que la ment humana pot escometre. El Prana o energia vital, es rebut per mitjà d'ella. Una respiració àmplia i regulada es el fonament de la salut física i mental. El primer objectiu per la pràctica de ioga es desenvolupar-la, ampliar-la, creant un ritme convenient en les seves quatre fases:&amp;nbsp; la inspiració, retenció a pulmó ple, l'espiració i el manteniment o retenció a pulmó buit. La llibertat de moviment per aquestes quatre fases serà indispensable per a una bona capacitat respiratòria, i un creixement considerable del volum respiratori.&amp;nbsp;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="font-size: 18pt;"&gt;H&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #444444; font-family: inherit;"&gt;i ha un punt en comú en totes les postures demanin o no un esforç, i al que em d’estar molt atents, i es el viure la postura de manera que la respiració mica en mica es vagi ampliant, es a dir que augmenti en volum i en duració. Això demana que en lloc de centrar-se en el esforç de la respiració, sigui quelcom sotmès a una voluntat que s’expressa a través de mi. De manera que si es l’expressió de la meva voluntat personal, de la meva pròpia voluntat, la respiració es veurà modificada i es reduirà. Quan un es fa gran s'obtenen grans riqueses dignes d'admirar, com poden ser la saviesa i el coneixement, fonts de l’experiència que enriqueixen la pràctica de ioga.&amp;nbsp; Aquesta es una de les raons per no fer cas a la por, a l'inseguretat, a les expressions tant famoses i típiques que tots coneixem i que ens fa tant de mal al dir-les&amp;nbsp; "no puc", "jo això no ho sabré fer", "això es per a joves". No, això no es així. Jo sóc jove i també els anys venen i des de que vaig iniciar en el ioga fins ara, la meva pràctica ha anat variant. Actualment estic en un moment per a mi de riquesa espiritual, de coneixement més que de pràctica física,&amp;nbsp; ja que si sols em quedo en els resultats físics del que m'aporta la pràctica física em quedo sols en un coneixement superficial, però per això cal obrir-se a altres nivells els quals pot ser la gent amb edat ja ha pogut aconseguir en la seva experiència de vida, i als quals admiro profundament.&amp;nbsp; Ioga i vida es Un. Ioga i edat son complementaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="CA"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="color: #444444;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Com experiència us puc dir que tinc varies alumnes grans i una d'elles ja en té 81 anys i&amp;nbsp; fa 3 anys que ve a ioga . La pràctica diària de postures de ioga senzilles que no requereixen esforç, la condueixen cap el part amb una ment clara, inclòs amb un cert interès i curiositat sobre l’esdeveniment. A mesura que s’apropa la data de donar a llum, tot el seu ser s’obre i els cinc sentits s’estimulen&amp;nbsp; per percebre dimensions noves: el temps i l’espai es dilaten. El donar a llum es converteix en una experiència única que suposa entrar en contacte amb la força femenina interior.
